Fix Arabic Word Files Mixed with English

A free tool for anyone who uses AI, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to produce Arabic Word files, only to find the text is not ready to read and sentence beginnings are unclear on a single line, even after setting Right to Left and right alignment.

Many Arabic Word files from AI tools look as if each line starts from its end: the text is mixed up, and English and technical words make the problem worse. This tool addresses the deep programmatic cause inside the DOCX file by setting paragraph direction and adding hidden direction marks around Latin words, not just surface alignment.

Steps

  1. Upload a DOCX file
  2. We fix Arabic direction and English tokens at the file level
  3. Download the corrected file immediately
  4. Open it in Word, press Ctrl+A, then choose Right alignment

This tool does not rewrite your content or change its meaning. It adjusts paragraph direction and hidden direction marks so the file reads naturally in Word.

After download

After opening the corrected file in Word, one quick step may help: select all (Ctrl+A) and choose Right alignment. You should then find the paragraphs in order and the file easy to read, as if you wrote it yourself.

Privacy

Your files are not stored. Processing happens temporarily during the request, then the corrected file is returned directly.

The current limit is 3MB because this is a free, direct tool.
