Problem

Inconsistent data from e-commerce channels, logistics providers, and operational APIs across a multi-tenant ERP environment.

My role

Joined as a WordPress developer in 2021, contributed to ERP development, and currently serve as CTO with responsibilities across system architecture, integrations, performance, and development workflows.

  • Dynamic RMA and refurbishing workflows with synchronized inventory handling
  • Integrations with external APIs including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, ShipStation, FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Laravel B2B e-commerce platform on S-Cart with secure isolated subdomains per client
  • Two-way Shopify sync for products, orders, cancellations, shipping, tracking, and financial flows with webhooks
